More than 20 years of international experience with fortune 100 companies in various leadership roles; managing complex businesses in diverse markets; Gained experience in Africa, Europe and Middle East with exposure to other regions like central America and South East Asia. Have held many management, senior management and leadership positions which gained her nominations and awards in many occasions for key achievements both in the MENA region as well as worldwide.

 

She was introduced in her early career to the concept of mentoring and had the opportunity to be both mentored and mentor;  to train & develop, younger talents all over the word; and contributed to the success of businesses and individuals alike. She decided, since then, to dedicate an important part of her time to take UAE as a base to promote business mentoring in the Middle East & North Africa and contribute to influence the existing training, development and coaching scene with an approach based on inspiring & motivating while developing future great talents.

She has completed an executive master with IE Business School  on Positive Leadership and started since then, incorporating the concepts of positive leadership to her approach to business mentoring.

She has a special focus on women who struggle to achieve the success they envision or align their success with their personal beliefs and orientations.
